Fundamental principles of the coaching charter in Switzerland
Confidentiality and framework:
Commitment to strict confidentiality, maintenance of professional secrecy and clear definition of the framework of the support (duration, rates) from the first session.
Integrity and ethics:
The coach acts with integrity, does not promise guaranteed results (obligation of means), and avoids any conflict of interest.
Kindness and respect:
Unconditional respect for the client, their values, their dignity and their rights, without discrimination.
Competence and limitations:
The coach has certified training, regular supervision and knows her limits, referring the client to other professionals (psychologists, doctors) if necessary.
Ethical approach:
The coach aims to make the client autonomous and responsible for their approach.
